OPORTO
PORTO series was designed for farmers looking for efficient and universal cultivation tools that will work well in both shallow and deep soil cultivation. No-till unit is based on ten Delta Flex tines, the design of which allows effective penetration of the ground even in difficult conditions. These tines work in a set with ten toothed 560 mm diameter harrowing discs made of high-quality steel.
An important element of every PORTO model is the hydraulic NON STOP protection with hydraulic adjustment of the machine's working depth. Each tine is equipped with an actuator with the possibility of adjusting the pressing force, which allows the machine to flexibly respond to changing working conditions.
Basic version no-plough unit is equipped with a 500 mm diameter tubular roller and a maintenance-free cast iron hub. Upon request, the farmer can choose a different type of roller, adapted to the soil conditions and requirements of the farm. Hub options are also available. There are maintenance and maintenance-free models to choose from, in cast iron or steel versions. When it is necessary to break up the topsoil and loosen the soil in deeper layers, it is worth using G-4 subsoiler aggregates or advanced version HYDRO-G-6. Both machines effectively loosen the ground, creating space for air and water.
G-4 aggregate is available in two working versions – with 4 or 6 tines, 2 m and 3 m wide respectively. Thanks to the precisely selected angle of attack, the tines penetrate the soil without difficulty, reaching a depth of up to 50 cm. In the basic version machine is equipped with a 500 mm diameter tubular shaft and pin protection of working elements against mechanical damage and stones. In turn, model G-6 (HYDRO SUBSOILER) is a solution for farmers who value maximum comfort and reliability. This version is also available in 4 or 6-leg systems and allows soil loosening up to 45 cm. The main distinguishing feature of the machine is the use of hydraulic cylinders that replace pins and constantly maintain the optimum angle of the lugs. Additionally G-6 aggregate allows you to adjust the hardness of operation, which allows you to perfectly match the machine to the field conditions.
ATOS
ATOS disc cultivator It is a versatile tool that can be used both for intensive stubble cultivation and as an element of a sowing and cultivation set. This allows for precise crumbling and compaction of the soil, as well as its leveling. Additionally, side screens eliminate the phenomenon of throwing the soil out of the working area.
