Privacy Policy

§1 General provisions

  1. The data administrator is FHUP Brastal Janusz Makowski with headquarters in Konstancin 1C, 97-225 Ujazd, NIP: 7731854364, REGON: 590543203. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
  2. For the interpretation of terms, the terms as described in the Privacy Policy apply.
  3. For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced with the terms "You", "Administrator" - "We". The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC.
  4. We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security.
  5. Personal data provided in the form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2 Data controller

  1. The service provider is the administrator of his clients' data. This means that if you enter your data (e.g. name, surname, e-mail address, IP address) in the contact form on the brastal.pl website, they will be processed only for the purpose of processing your inquiry sent via the form.
  2. Personal data is processed:
    • in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
    • in accordance with the implemented privacy policy,
    • to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it, and correctly implement the services provided electronically,
    • to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
      • to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent expressed by you if [for example] you sent an e-mail via the contact form,
  3. Each data subject has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.

  5. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent to pursue possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.
  6. The Service Provider has the right to share the User's personal data and other data with entities authorized under the applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
  7. The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  8. The service provider does not share personal data with other entities than those authorized under the applicable law.
  9. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we work closely.

§3 Cookies

  1. The website www.brastal.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser computer software. When the browser reconnects with the website, the website recognizes the type of device from which the user connects. Parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited websites. The information collected relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, information about the time and date, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.
  2. The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our websites to improve the functioning of the website, ensuring more effective and problem-free navigation. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool that records user behavior on the website. Cookies identify the user, which allows the content of our website to be adapted to the user's needs. Scripts, remembering the user's preferences, enable the appropriate adjustment of advertisements directed to the user. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience for our website, and the collected data is used only within BRASTAL in order to optimize activities.
  3. We use the following cookies on our website:
    • "Necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, eg authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the website;
    • cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the website;
    • "Performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on the way the website pages are used;
    • "Functional" cookies, enabling "remembering" the settings selected by the user and personalization of the user interface, eg in terms of the language or region the user comes from, font size, website appearance, etc .;
  4. The user may at any time disable or restore the option of collecting cookies by changing the settings in the web browser.
  5. Additional personal data (e.g. e-mail address) are collected only in places where the user has expressly consented to it by completing the form. We store and use the above data only for the purposes necessary to perform a given function.
